Objet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"citation-0 citation-end-0\">Les pr\u00e9sentes conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de vente (ci-apr\u00e8s \u00ab CGV \u00bb) ont pour objet de d\u00e9finir les relations contractuelles entre<\/span> la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 SG R\u00e9novation (ci-apr\u00e8s \u00ab le Prestataire \u00bb) et le client (ci-apr\u00e8s \u00ab le Client \u00bb) dans le cadre de la fourniture de prestations de couverture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Pr\u00e9ambule<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Prestataire est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de couverture situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Chemin d\u2019Astouret, 83130 La Garde. Il propose \u00e0 ses clients des prestations de couverture, de zinguerie et de charpente.<\/p>\n<p>Le Client est une personne physique ou morale qui souhaite faire appel aux services du Prestataire pour la r\u00e9alisation de travaux de couverture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Commande<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toute commande de travaux de couverture aupr\u00e8s du Prestataire doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e par \u00e9crit, par courrier ou par e-mail. Le Client doit fournir au Prestataire les informations n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des travaux, \u00e0 savoir l&rsquo;adresse du chantier, les dimensions de la toiture, le type de couverture souhait\u00e9, les mat\u00e9riaux choisis, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Le Prestataire adressera au Client un devis, qui devra \u00eatre sign\u00e9 et retourn\u00e9 au Prestataire. Le devis est une offre ferme et d\u00e9finitive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Prix<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les prix des travaux de couverture sont fix\u00e9s en euros et sont exprim\u00e9s hors taxes. Les prix sont susceptibles de varier en fonction des mat\u00e9riaux choisis, de la complexit\u00e9 des travaux et de la dur\u00e9e du chantier.<\/p>\n<p>Le prix des travaux est payable en totalit\u00e9 au moment de la signature du devis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. D\u00e9lais de r\u00e9alisation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Prestataire s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser les travaux dans les d\u00e9lais fix\u00e9s au devis.<\/p>\n<p>En cas de retard de r\u00e9alisation, le Prestataire s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 indemniser le Client \u00e0 hauteur de 1% du prix des travaux par jour de retard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Garanties<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Prestataire garantit ses travaux pendant une dur\u00e9e de 10 ans \u00e0 compter de la date de r\u00e9ception des travaux.<\/p>\n<p>En cas de malfa\u00e7on, le Prestataire s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 r\u00e9parer ou \u00e0 remplacer les travaux \u00e0 ses frais.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. R\u00e9siliation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Client peut r\u00e9silier le contrat de travaux \u00e0 tout moment, moyennant un pr\u00e9avis de 15 jours.<\/p>\n<p>Le Prestataire peut \u00e9galement r\u00e9silier le contrat de travaux en cas de non-paiement par le Client ou en cas d&rsquo;inex\u00e9cution par le Client de ses obligations contractuelles.<\/p>\n<p>En cas de r\u00e9siliation du contrat, le Prestataire restituera au Client les sommes vers\u00e9es au titre des travaux d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Litiges<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tout litige relatif au pr\u00e9sent contrat sera soumis \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tence exclusive des tribunaux de La Garde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.
